Tech for Teaching Blog

 I was impressed by everything about (MS)2.  From the overall concept to their care in incorporating and educating parents to their insistence on career development in order to ensure that the teachers understand the technology and can use it successfully in class.  Socio-economic status shouldn't determine our access to technology, but unfortunately it does.  Lack of access to technology and the knowledge that goes along with it is a major obstacle.  I love the idea that a school like this provides this kind of knowledge and equipment to inner-city kids.  They are absolutely correct that this gives the students a leg up in the world, and from the looks of things, the digital content makes the subject matter more interesting for the students, thus making it easier to teach and learn.
